What is an Organization?

In Circular Connect, an organization is the central unit of identity and access. It represents your company, research group, or institution within the Circular network. Once created, your organization acts as the administrative layer that manages:

  • Multiple accounts (also referred to as sub-accounts or blockchain-linked identities)

  • Certificate usage across projects and teams

  • Permissions, access, and identity for both individuals and systems

  • Cross-chain activity, allowing your organization to operate on public, private, and hybrid chains simultaneously

This model is designed to reflect real-world institutional structures — a single legal entity can oversee many digital identities, each with its own certificates, permissions, and audit trails.

Steps to Create Your Organization

1

Go to and enter your email.

Begin by entering your email address. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) for verification.

2

Verify the OTP

Use the 6-digit OTP to confirm your identity.

3

Create an Organization

Enter your organization name, country of incorporation and enter a referral code (optional)

4

Confirm and continue

You'll see that your Organization has been successfully created with your referral code presente. Once you click 'Continue to Circular Connect' you'll land in your Organization Dashboard, your central hub for managing all accounts, certificates, and activity.

What’s Next?

Once your organization is created, you’ll proceed to create a blockchain account. This account is used to issue and manage certificates on the network. While a single account is enough to get started, organizations can create additional accounts later for specific use cases, teams, or chains. All accounts remain under the control of your organization.
